1. Workflow actions for associations

What is it? Administrators now have the capability to streamline association management through automated workflows. With the introduction of new association actions, they can effortlessly apply, update, or remove association labels, as well as establish new associations based on matching property values. Why is it Important? In the past, handling associations and their labels was a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. With this new feature, administrators can:

      • streamline these processes,
      • enhancing data accuracy
      • and minimizing manual efforts. 

As businesses grow, manual association management becomes challenging, especially with the increasing use of associations and labels.


How Does it Work? 

4 New actions are introduced in contact, company, deal, ticket, and custom object based workflows :
    • Apply labels to already associated records
    • Update existing association labels
    • Remove existing association labels
    • Create new associations between two records that have properties with exact matching values
      • Note: This functionality only exists for single-line text, multi-line text, or phone number properties

2. Create lists using the Orders and Cart object

What is it? Now, lists can be generated using the Orders and Cart object.

Why is it Important? Find your top orders by using any property or event data from the Orders or Cart object or its Associated Objects. After generating a list, you have the flexibility to seamlessly reference that segment throughout different tools such as:

      • workflows,
      • reporting,
      • and saved views.

How Does it Work?

Go to lists, click Create list, and select Order or Cart based.

You can create lists based on:

  • Any Associated Objects and their properties or interactions
  • Any Associated List membership (e.g. list of contacts that placed an order)

To see the same Orders that make your list in a view, you can click Use In > Orders View

3. User Object available in Reports

What is it? Users are now available in single and multi-object Reports.

Why is it Important? CRM Admins and Managers seek insights into team interaction with HubSpot for data-driven decisions. Reporting on Users provides a complete understanding of portal usage to focus on improving where it matters most.


How Does it Work? 

Users can now create reports with the User object, filtering and displaying properties to monitor team interactions with HubSpot.

1. In a Single object report, select Calendar Status and Email Status properties, and filter by team name(s) or user email addresses.

2. Include Calendar status and Count of Users in the visualization for a clear breakdown of your team.

Report on both Sales activities and User data to analyze Activities created by Team based on Access level. This aids in pinpointing users who may be overallocated resources or in need of elevated permissions to drive enhanced value and activity generation.

4. Deal Insights on Custom Views

What is it? Deal insights now display at the top of all Deal views on Index pages when Insights are enabled, providing a quick overview of Deal information.

Why is it Important? Deal Insights are now available on all Deal views, allowing users to easily access valuable information without affecting those who choose to hide the Insights section.

How Does it Work? Customers with 'Deal Insights' enabled will now see them on all Deal views, including cloned views.

Hiding Deal Insights:

You can hide insights on a view-by-view basis or at the portal level for all users. Here's how:

Hiding Insights as an Individual (assuming Insights are on for Portal)

1. Select the 'Hide Insights' icon on any Deal view

2. Hiding insights on your view will only apply to you, while others using the same view can still see the Insights section until they choose to hide it.

Note: You will need to select 'Hide Insights' for each view you wish to hide it on.

Hiding Insights for Your Portal:

1. An Admin can access Deal Setup in Portal Settings or from any Deal Index view.

2. Uncheck the icon next to 'Show Deal Insights'

3. This will remove the Deal Insights section from all Default and Custom Deal views, eliminating the option to 'Show / Hide insights' for your team.

Who is it for? Starter Customer Platform, Professional Customer Platform, Enterprise Customer Platform

5. Schedule meetings more than a year in advance

What is it? Prospects can now schedule meetings over a year in advance with increased flexibility compared to the current 11-week limit.

How Does it Work? 

Navigate to Sales > Meetings and open an existing scheduling page or create a new one.
