The next step is to assign a follow-up task to the assigned Contact owner. This notifies your sales rep & adds a to-do to his task list.
The sales rep can navigate to their task list & see all their tasks. Tasks can be marked one by one, or all together. Selecting “Start x tasks” will start the task queue for the sales rep.

Once the sales rep has finished the task, they can mark them as completed. This will bring the sales rep to the next record that has a task assigned. In case they want to pick up this task another time, they can opt to reschedule the task.
