Chemometec choses ElixirSync for Act-on integration with Zoho
Good news for Act-On customers: ElixirSync now also supports Act-On integration!
After providing many HubSpot integrations to customers all around the world, the ElixirSync platform now also integrates with Act-On Automation tools. Building further on our long term relationship with Danish B2B agency Blue Business, we teamed up in order to integrate Chemometec’s buyers’ journeys.
Using the ElixirSync platform, an Act-on to Zoho integration was delivered, in order to seamlessly integrate the marketing department with sales.
Chemometec chose ElixirSync for its flexibility and its ability to tweak the standard flows based on customers needs.
Other tools were looked into, but they lacked the adaptability necessary to fully integrate all of Chemometec business processes.
More precisely, the following business process was put in place:
- Contacts in Act-On are sent to Zoho once they meet a certain lead score
- When they arrive in Zoho, a check is performed to see if the contact already exists as a lead or a contact. The leads or contact is then either updated with lead score and online behaviour info, or created and the lead assignment worklow is triggered.
- A feedback loop is setup as to indicate in Act-On whether a contact exists in Zoho or not.
